Crafted with love and dedication by two visionary sisters-in-law, Garima Bhat, and Mohini Bhat, this enchanting abode was built to bring joy to the hearts of all who seek a blissful retreat. For over two years, they poured their hearts and souls into creating a staycation haven that dreams are made of.
OUR VILLA
As you step into "Mogra Nilayam," a sense of tranquility washes over you, and you feel an immediate connection to the serene surroundings. The serviced villa boasts two cozy cabins, each adorned with a comfortable double bed and a sofa cum bed, perfect for families and friends seeking unforgettable bonding moments. Every cabin comes complete with its own private bathroom, ensuring utmost comfort and convenience.
Main Structure
Nestled at the heart of the resort, the main structure serves as the communal hub for all guests. The ground floor also features a snug sofa cum bed, where you can unwind and create cherished memories with your loved ones. The Main villa comes with an Attic, with a beautiful view of the open shores

The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.

This is neither a pet-friendly property nor a wheelchair-friendly property.

In case of a power outage, the generator and inverter can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.

Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

The caretaker stays 50 meters away from the same property.

Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time

Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.

Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care

The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

The service villa management is indemnified from any and all claims for loss or damage to property or for personal injuries or death or for loss from delay arising out of acts, omission or negligence of the service Villa staff or any of its agents or independent contractors by the guests staying in the Service Villa.

Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
